Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at Anatomymechanic@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Anatomy Mechanic  treats a wide range of injuries and conditions, including sports injuries, chronic pain, post-operative rehabilitation, and injury prevention.

Postural Restoration Therapy focuses on correcting imbalances in the body caused by poor posture, muscle overuse, and daily habits. It works by retraining your breathing, alignment, and movement patterns so your body can move more efficiently and without pain. It’s corrective approach that helps restore balance, improve mobility, and relieve chronic tension.

Manual therapy is a hands-on approach that involves mobilizing and manipulating soft tissues and joints to reduce pain and increase range of motion.

Therapeutic exercise is a type of therapy that involves specific exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, and function.

This is the number 1 question we receive often. The truth is we work for our patients, not insurance companies. We are not seeing you and then handing you off to someone else. We take pride in our 1 on 1 therapy. We at Anatomy Mechanics Therapy look at the body as a whole. Example, if a patient comes in with a shoulder injury and the therapist determines this is caused from ribcage positioning, the insurance will not cover that until you make another doctors appointment and the doctor agrees with the therapist. Meanwhile the patient is in pain and getting no relief. We do NOT want that for our patients. We find the root causes of pain!

We have many different price points for many different budgets. We do our best to work with our patients so they can start to get better sooner.
